How It Works

  1. Start with Products: each product is one thing you sell, like the Notion Freelance Starter Kit.
  2. Add Channels: each store where you sell, like Etsy or your own website. Each channel has its own fee in Platform Fee %.
  3. Listings connect the two: one row per product × channel pair. Price and publish status live here, not on the product — so the same kit can be $24 on Etsy and $21 on your own website, Live in one store and Paused in another.
  4. Log every sale in the Sales Log against its Listing. Gross, Fee and Net are tracked per sale; when Fee is empty, Fee (Est.) estimates it from the channel's fee, and Net follows.
  5. Watch Payout Status: older sales are marked Received, while most October sales are still Pending payout — so you can see what money has actually arrived.
  6. Check the Dashboard: Revenue by Channel shows Etsy earns the most overall, while your own website keeps more per sale. Not Live Everywhere shows which Live products still miss a store.
